Jane Yolen is the author of more than 400 books. Yes, you read that right. She writes everything from picture books (How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?) to early readers (School of Fish) to poetry (Plymouth Rocks!) to novels for every possible reader (The Devil's Arithmetic). She and her books have won many awards including the Caldecott (Owl Moon) and the Sophie Brodie Medal (Kaddish). Jane lives and writes in Massachusetts and Scotland depending on the time of year.
